為什麼會有「5行動」?
「5行動」的來由是因為特區政府新城填海區規劃工作，正式於6月19日展開為期兩個月的<第一階段公衆諮詢>。依照官方資料顯示，文化團體只有一次在8月7日的公眾諮詢會中表達建言。我們害怕被動等待政府的結果，澳門藝文設施最後將淪為五區填海地的裝飾區塊。我們也不能相信主流媒體冠冕堂皇的言詞，所以率先在Facebook設立群組。現在，我們集結澳門和海外關心藝術文化發展的個人和團體，大家齊心啟動軟硬體全盤兼顧的思考模式，決定自己想要的各類藝文設施和活動。

怎麼做「5行動」?
支持澳門文化藝術永續發展的「5行動」十分簡單，只要依照指示，大人小孩都做得到。請老師帶著學生做，家長帶著孩子做，老闆帶著員工做，甚至電郵寄給海外留學、工作的朋友一起做。

一開始，請點選你喜愛的藝文新生地。接著寫下你希望在此區有什麼藝文設施和活動，然後列印出來、沿線剪下來，並拿著它一起合照，最後將照片上傳到Facebook Group或電郵: 5gooooos@gmail.com 就大功告成了!

請相信每個人都有夢想的權利，也都該有追尋夢想的勇氣，這股相信的力量會讓大家越走越近，形成不容忽視的全民共識。事不宜遲，現在請立即將「5行動」告知親朋好友吧!

Why “5 GOs” ?
“5 GOs” occurs in Macau because of the construction developments schedule is still uncertain for new land reclamation projects. The first public consultation starts from 19th of June and it will last for two months long. However, according to the official data, culture and art groups can only be invited to public consultation for one time in this phrase on 7th of August. During this period, if we keep waiting the governmental plan, we are afraid the result is not devised for the society’s needs. The so-called art and cultural facilities would become decoration blocks in New Land. So we choose not believe the mainstream mass media, but first setup Facebook Group to gather people’s voices. At present, we gather individuals and groups from Macau and overseas, together to care culture and art in Macau. We hope to brainstorm not only the cultural facilities but also art activities. All in all, we strongly demand a total plan of culture and art for people living in Macau.

How “5 GOs” ?
It is very simple to do “5 GOs” for a total plan of Macau culture and art. Everyone can complete easily by following the steps. We hope that teachers and students, parents and children, bosses and staffs all take actions. E-mailing “5 GOs” around to abroad friends and family is also welcome.

First, please pick up one New Land from the map. Then write down what art and culture facilities and activities you want in this area. Now you can print it, cut it, and take a photo with it. The very last step is uploading the photo to Facebook Group, or E-mail: 5gooooos@gmail.com, congratulation!

Please believe that you have the right to dream, and you should have courage to fulfill your dreams. This power for art and culture in Macau would gradually grow greater and form unneglectable common viewpoints in public. This matter should not be delayed. Now, let’s “5 GOs”!
